All international packages may be subjected to customs duties and taxes, All Taxes and customs are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge and you are held responsible by this. Please check your local customs website for more information. 

HYPER FLAMES is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if delivery is confirmed.

Most parcels are authority to leave depending on the courier if they have access to your premises and safe to leave in a safe spot. If not, your parcel will be taken to your local post office for collection. 

If you have failed to collect your parcel at the post office and it gets redirected back to us, we will contact you for re-delivery but we do not offer free shipping back to the customer. Customer must pay for the shipping return cost.

Please note, HYPER FLAMES is not responsible for any delays caused by Australia Post, especially during high volume seasons.
