if you have changed your mind after inputing your custom order through. please try and contact us ASAP via email hello@hyperflames.com as your label / design could have already been made and on the candle, or shipped out. 

we will try our best to change it for you. if it's too late, unfortunately you would have to make a new order through.

Every order will have care candle cards for you to keep and look back on. 

 🕯 - upon first use. allow enough time for the wax to melt completely to the jar to prevent from 'tunnelling'

✂️ - trim the wick to 1/4" tall before you relight your candle to keep the wax clean and burning nicely. 

🕐 - avoid burning your candle for more than 3-4 hours at a time.

🚶🏽‍♀️- never leave a burning candle unattended. Be sure to extinguish the candle before leaving the room.
