RETURNS & REFUNDS

We will only accept the return for a refund or store credit;

- if the item has been broken during transit.

- if received an incorrect item.

You must let us know within 2 days once you have received the candle by sending us an email with photos attached as proof.  

HOW TO ORGANISE A RETURN:

-  Please email hello@hyperflames.com with your name, order number and reason for return with photo proof attached. 

-  HYPER FLAMES cannot be held liable for the loss of parcel being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping the tracking details.
